My name is Lindsey M. Straus and I have been practicing law for thirty years primarily as a business and commercial litigator. I pride myself in being an attentive and responsive advocate for my clients. My legal career began in 1977, and I have worked as counsel for large corporations (Mobil Oil Corporation) and law firms (Worcester based Mirick, O'Connell, DeMallie & Lougee). I have since moved to the Cape and made a concerted effort to live my life and my practice in a manner consistent with my ethics, values, and beliefs. I offer a wide range of legal services for businesses and individuals primarily in civil litigation, estate planning, and general business law. I run my practice from my home office in Brewster, Massachusetts.
